Refund Policy  

Because the products we choose to sell really work, refunds do not often occur. But if there is a problem for some reason we will do everything possible to quickly rectify it.  When asking for a refund please provide the following:   

1.        initial purchase and receipt     

2.        your name and address      

3.        written reason for return      

After Naturally Vibrant Health receives your return the refund process usually takes from two to four weeks.  You will be refunded by the same method as your payment.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.
